The deep protected boat slips are all owned by the association. They are rented for $70 a month or $2.50 a day. There is a pool right on the water, a club house, tennis courts, storage, under building parking (first come first serve), plenty of guest parking and assigned parking, work out room, elevator, basic cable, and bike rack. The association does not allow pets. It is 1100 sq. ft. and can be rented on a monthly basis or annually, furnished and unfurnished. The furniture is new but in storage.
